Whether you are a Jiu Jitsu athlete or just trying to stay fit, the benefits of strength and fitness training cannot be overstated. Implementing strength and conditioning classes will help you accomplish your fitness goals and improve your athletic performance.

In our group Fitness class we focus on general fitness and injury proofing ourselves. We use kettlebells, barbells, bodyweight movements and cardio machines to accomplish this goal. We use these tools with the concepts of progressive strength training, energy system training , mobility work and a focus on having a strong core. We do this in a safe and controlled mindset. We offer a free trial for this class.
